How To Shop With Us
Find your favourite shop, browse the product categories or just use the search bar that’s always at the top to search for what takes your fancy.
Add products to your basket and you can buy from many shops all with one easy payment!
You can also add items to your Wishlist by clicking on the heart on the top-right of each product image, then view or even share your Wishlist with others later.
Discover Local by browsing and discovering local websites – some of our shops have their own websites and you can support your local businesses by clicking through and shopping on their sites.
If you have any questions about products or delivery from a particular shop, contact them by finding their details on their storefront.
Collection & Delivery
- View the collection and delivery options per shop as detailed on each shops storefront or by adding items to your basket
- Select from the available shipping options for each shop (this is based on your postcode).
- On checkout, delivery options according to your postcode will be shown
- Select the relevant Collection or Delivery option for each shop you are buying from.
Buy Local – Click and Collect
All of our shops offer Click & Collect as standard allowing you to browse and order ahead of your shop visit. Just select Click and Collect at checkout. This is available no matter what your postcode is.
Buy Local – Deliver Local!
Some shops might also offer local delivery – this will be available to select on checkout.
Buy Online – Postal Delivery
Some but not all of our shops offer UK postal delivery. You will be able to see the options on the store’s homepage or on checkout.
If you purchase from more than one shop and choose Postal Delivery, your items will be sent via one delivery per shop.
I Have Ordered, What Happens Next?
Firstly thank you for your order and supporting our lovely independent businesses!
You will receive an email confirmation of your order listing everything you have bought and who you have bought from.
For Click-And-Collect, when your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive an email.
For Postal Deliveries, you will get an email to tell you that order has been Shipped. If you don’t receive this or your order you can get in touch with the shop(s) you purchased from to check the status of your order.
